My work has spanned web platforms, digital retail, augmented reality, multilingual product systems, data-driven operations and technology ventures. More recently, the research side of that work has focused on computer vision, visual retrieval, digital twins and AI-assisted documentation for handmade carpets and cultural heritage.

I am especially interested in the point where a technology moves beyond demonstration and begins creating measurable value — improving discovery, reducing uncertainty, strengthening documentation or enabling a better decision.

The handmade carpet sector is a demanding testbed because every object is distinctive, product information is difficult to standardize, visual evidence matters and cultural context cannot be reduced to a single score.
